FadingNote presents a distinctive solution for managing transient data within note-taking applications. Its primary feature is the automated deletion of notes over time, which provides an efficient way to maintain an uncluttered workspace.

The application prioritizes the removal of notes that have not been updated, allowing users to create temporary records without the burden of perpetual management. Additionally, users have the option to protect important entries from automatic deletion by marking them with a star.

FadingNote offers a simple yet customizable interface, giving users the choice of nine different background colors for their notes. However, it should be noted that this app does not encompass a wide range of advanced functionalities.

<ul>
 <li>The note editing screen displays the character and line count.</li>
 <li>Notes that remain unchanged are automatically sent to the trash, with a default retention period of one day.</li>
 <li>The duration before moving notes to the trash can be adjusted via the hourglass icon located at the top left of the note list screen.</li>
 <li>Notes in the trash are permanently deleted after ten days.</li>
 <li>Marked notes will not undergo automatic deletion, ensuring their availability when needed.</li>
 <li>It is worth noting that advertisements will appear within this application.</li>
</ul>
